Is there anything that Tess cannot write about that isn't utter magic in how it transforms your life?

I have long been a fan of Tess Whitehurst's work and there is something charming about the way in which she delivers practical, down to earth ideas in a way that makes you know that your life will be improved by implementing them.

I enjoyed the new approach to this topic from Tess, in that she really does show you that to change your life and add a touch of magical charm to your life, you don't need to spend ridiculous amounts of money, or any in some circumstances. Holistic Energy Magic is just that... holistic, and magical. I love how you can use simple things such as herbs in your garden, a simple incantation to the angels or wear a crystal to enhance your life.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to add a touch of everyday charm to your life.

* A Witch and Her Broom*

A Witch without her broom is like a police officer without handcuffs - their sense of power becomes diminished.

Witches have long been associated with flying - whether its on a broom, or on the backs of animals or birds such as ravens, crows, or owls.
There are known Goddesses or Deities if you prefer, that are associated with broomsticks. As part of my own magickal development, just last month I worked with Baba Yaga who flew through the skies in a mortar and pestle whilst using her broom for spell work by sweeping the path behind her. Interestingly, a Chinese Goddess called Sao Ch'ing Niang also known as Lady of the Broom is thought to be in charge of the good weather (I'm suspecting a lot of research in to this Goddess will now commence as we all want good weather instead of the floods, fires and smog we've been having the world over or late). Farmer's used to call upon her to ensure healthy crops.

My last sample of Broomstick Goddesses is an Aztec Goddess, Tiazolteotl. She is involved in sweeping away the wrongdoings when called upon. Although she inspires sin, she is also actively involved in sweeping it away. So you see, the world over, despite cultural differences; A Witch and Her Broom are symbols of power, change and abundance.

So how can we use the broom in our craft?

So glad you asked. Brooms are most known for sweeping away negativity and also guarding your home by being placed upright thus invoking protection. But did you know that you can anoint the handle of your broom using oil and perhaps sprinkling a few drops on the bristles to add some extra witchy substance to your magickal broom workings?

You can use; Rosemary and/or Lemon for protection, Rose and/or Geranuim for Love, Peppermint and/or Cinnamon for prosperity - the list is endless. Follow your witchy senses and all the natural witch within to guide you.

It is bad luck to loan your broom to anyone, even a friend

As well as oils, you can perhaps weave and tie on herbs for added power to. And why not try decorating your broom a little more elaborately if you feel guided to and placement of the broom permits it. You could try hanging empty egg shells for Ostara perhaps with the blessing you wish to invoke written on them, butterflies and faeries for Midsummer, Holly for Yule, etc. go wild and decorate your broom in a way that feels empowering to you.

This is my broom that I decorated with Ivy that was growing in my garden. Also, there is lots of coloured ribbons invoking certain aspects of magick that I desired and a handmade twigged pentacle at the top of the handle.

If you like the idea of working with a broom to enhance your witchcraft practice and would like more information including; wood selection, the making and buying of a broom, broomstick meditation, spell, rituals and charms, along with so much more valuable and practical information, then I can't recommend "The Witch's Broom" by Deborah Blake highly enough.

Published by Llewellyn, in paperback and kindle, it really is a witch's companion on working more deeply in your witchy practice, to develop the level you currently work at. Head to AMAZON UK or LLEWELLYN to order yours. I absolutely LOVE mine :)

Guest Blogger : Herbs to Awaken Your Psychic Potential by Alex Clarke

Today we have an AMAZING pampering Guest Blogger; Alex Clarke! I adore her and her work (and will even be featured in her book "Awaken your Inner Faerie in 30 Days". Just in time for Mother's Day here in the UK, Alex brings us; "Enhance your psychic ability with herbs!"

If sugar and spice and everything nice is what little girls are made of, what are magickal diva’s made of – the answer? Well, keep reading and you are sure to find out!
Everything you put in, on, or around your body affects your well-being. From the colours we wear to the foods we munch and crunch, all will change how we feel. Wonderfully this emotional alchemy process is a personal one – what works for one may not work for another. The transformation of our inner and outer perceptions remains as unique as we are – no one glittery shoe fits all. In essence, what you need will find its way of appealing to you – so take what you need from this article and discard what doesn’t work. Yes yes, there is ancient customs associated with the use of magickal remedies and herbal enhancers but YOU still remain the most important factor in your own psychic development. Trust yourself. You know what’s best.
When looking at herbs we need to be aware that not all elementals are suitable for everyone – especially when we are looking at psychic development. Psychic development is specifically the raising of ones vibration to absorb more information from various debateable sources (debateable as there is no consensus on where we get ‘psychic’ information from). Personally, I believe there is nothing unusual about psychic ability. It is the normal human state. Anything less than fully-functioning perception is a mere disruption of the human capacity to be whole. Your psychic-ness is your humanity. Fundamentally, we are looking to become more human, more of our real nature and this article will look at the elemental teas, tinctures and incenses that can help you re-connect or enhance this wholeness. We are one and claiming your ability to perceive the full richness of interconnected reality, in all its glorious wholeness, is your birth-right!

Herbal and Natural Helpers!

Acacia – sacred to the Egyptians Acacia is great for any type of shamanic otherworldly work. Use as an incense to aid communication with the ancestors or loved ones on the other side –simply burn with the intention to connect.
Laurel – is used by shamans and witches to communicate with spirits who are not our kin, but who want to work with us in this realm of existence. It’s also wonderful when used to connect to our spirit guides, guardians or animal allies! Burn with the spoken intention to connect to your guides or helpers.
Camphor – woo hoo camphor has a double whammy effect. It can give you an influx of prophetic dreams (get those lotto tickets bought!) but also contains a powerful purifying component that’s second to none. Annoying spirits, attachments, or general bumps in the night (of the unpleasant variety) will find new haunts to, well, haunt.
Copal – is my utter favourite for spirit-work. Used by the indigenous tribes of Central America for underworld trance-work. Want visions? Burn copal incense resin to reach the right state. Simply state your intentions and don’t forget to jot down any visions, messages, or impressions that occur.
Dandelion – yes, those brilliant bright sunny weeds you see cracking concrete with their awesome power possess the ability to help your natural pre-cognitive abilities. Great if you are a tarot reader, palmist, or medium, simply have a cup of dandelion tea on hand throughout your readings!

Frankincense – sacred to many in the Middle East and for good reason, not only will it magnify your intention while meditating (or manifesting) but it also helps induce pre-cognitive dreams and visions. Simply burn some before bedtime!
Mugwort – A bowl of mugwort tea can be used to cleanse your scrying crystals such as mirrors, crystals, pendulums and jewellery. Mugwort has been used for centuries to induce visions – simply drink as a tea, elixir or burn as incense for crystal clear premonitions.
Wormwood – sacred to many spirits and faeries, wormwood should be carried not ingested. It can help you connect with many unseen helpers, enhance dreams and your ability to predict events. It has also been long used in protection spells to ward off envy and gossip.
Peppermint – for anyone who is having difficulty connecting with their natural psychic ability this is the starter elemental helper. Peppermint can clear away any fears you have about seeing, feeling, or perceiving your messages, environment or situation clearly. Burn 2 drops of oil at bath time or drink one cup of tea daily in the morning as it will stimulate your third eye and solar plexus during the day. If taken at night it may keep you awake – and you kinda need to be asleep for psychic dreams!
Sage – is another favourite of mine and many native cultures. This helper not only awakens your psychic abilities but will enable you to interpret the symbols from a place of love, wisdom and peace. You can burn dried sage leaves before or during meditation and even add to your bath in the evening to aid mystic dreams.
Thyme – fancy reading the Akashic Records? Of course you do! And thyme is your cosmic library card as it’s believed to enable you to integrate all that was, into all that is, and then into all that will be. (It may even help you interpret that sentence).
Rose – will enhance your psychic ability with great compassion, love and nurturing wisdom. It is one of the most gentle, but potent, spiritual helpers. Especially healing for women (and some men) who were persecuted in past lives for witchcraft. It will dissolve any fear such souls have around using and revealing their innate psychic gifts. Try using rose water to cleanse your third eye before sleep and gradually over time you will start to open up to the wonder of all that is unseen.
St. John's Wort – popular today for treating depression but originally used to resolve pain and suffering from past lives. Its major use shamanically is for enabling astral travel as it serves as elemental protector and guide. Simply use as a tea before meditating or travelling the cosmos!

Magickal bath time!!

Baths! They are genuinely fantastic and brilliant –soothing or invigorating depending on your mood. And, if you are anything like me, they are your creative hub of magical luxury. My best ideas surface when I’m submerged. Indulgence is made for bath time – candles, bubbles, scented oils and now psychic development! So before you settle to meditate, sleep, or preform any form of divination try running yourself a bath with the following helpers infused in the water.

• One/two drops of lavender oil. Lavender is my favourite all time herb. Lavender is the ‘be all’ plant – she is protector, manifester and healer. Lavender is mother goddess in plant form. Your intention is her intention.
• One handful of rose petals or a splash of rose water. As we have seen roses are love in a bud. Add some for the gentle blossoming of your abilities and the soothing acceptance of all you can be.
• One tablespoon of salt. Salt protects and cleanses all negativity. It heals the aura and will make it easier to change your vibration. After all – if you travel light you can hold more light!
• One sage leaf. To help you uncover and understand the symbolic meanings of whatever visions you experience during your development phase.

Before you climb into your bath, hold the intention of gaining great foresight. Simply state clearly that you are willing to – ‘hear, see, speak and be the truth behind the illusion’ now you are ready to delve into the waters of your subconscious and the collective consciousness. Enjoy your journeying and let us know what you discover – especially if it’s lotto numbers!

Pagan Blog Project ~ Week 10 ~ Entrances of Magick

Hi all,

How many of us think that we have the *basics* of protection and empowerment covered? I know I've long thought that I had, until I read a book and took the time between reading the lines and evaluated my own portal of power. OK I mean my front door, but my front door no longer feels the need to be called a 'front door', it is no seen to me and mine as the *Portal to our power*. Let me explain.

I would say that any housewife... especially a "Bree VanderCamp" one  would know that the "Front of the home is the face to who you are". But I guess, every pagan witch should know this. If you didn't you do now! That single idea made me stop for several days and really evaluate what the "Face of my home" was really portraying to outsiders. I knew what I wanted it to portray and what I didn't. I found through very honest and dare I say rather painful scrutiny (Im no good at admitting i'm wrong about something so personal to me), that my front was a mask! And not a very nice one at that. (I will not go into the personal life story about my front garden - I would inflict such pain upon you!)

Now, I saw that my *face* was a little plain, slightly bare, dare I say.... *neglected* (Ouch that hurt to say) and rather, well unruly. From the pathway/sidewalk, people could barely see my front door because of the conifer hedging we have. (Now, just to note, the conifer hedging is still there and I have been unable to even trim them as of yet as I am allergic to the sap from them - BUT, they are booked in to be "dealt" with, i.e, they are going to have a haircut!).

I'm rather happy with the front door to be honest, I painted it last year from a White to a cosmic whimsical royal blue which it used to be, and it still looks fabulous. It adds country cottage charm to our home, and a nice red brick step to compliment it.

I've sat with a herbal book and looked at herbs and plants that I would like planted in my front garden and have decided on the following;

We are keeping the Buddleja bush (even though it's named after an ex of mine *Shudders*) It's a beautiful plant, encourages butterflies and for that reason it stays!

We are also keeping the Camelia bush as it was planted 7 years ago in memory of my Father.

The bottle brush which looks rather like this when grown, is staying also.

We are keeping this gorgeous plant for sentimental reasons as well as it's beauty. My Uncle gave us a cutting many many years ago and as he's since passed (before Dad) we've kept it going for him.

We are planning on getting a new Hydrangea plant as she is so protective of her *family* when asked to protect you, she will. She also manages to suss out the people whom are approaching your home whether in person or in energy. She can also return all ill will back to the sender. So a lovely plant for a witch to have.

You can also plant herbs depending on the kinds of things you want magickal help with. Perhaps lavender to soother visitors and energies as they approach your home?

Basil to bring prosperity to your door, along with marigolds?

Sage for protection?

Grab yourself a good herbal book perhaps by Scott Cunningham or Ellen Dugan and you'll soon have your planting sorted.

Now, this year I also plan on hanging a lovely windchime out under my door canopy this year to gently mix up the harsh energies and transmute them to positive ones. (We have heavy traffic of lorries daily). I had my eye on these as they look so welcoming.... but I might just have to hang these in the kitchen/dining area!

Another thing to consider is the colour of your door. Do you want to have a watery, whimsical and magickal feel to your home like me and paint it blue? Or perhaps you want a bit of strength and passion and paint it red? Red is also very good in feng Shui. If your more inclined to wanting to draw prosperity, then green maybe for you. Or you could try black for protection. (At least we now know why Number 10 Downing Street is painted black? )

A doormat is not only practical but some can be picked up with a wonderful welcoming message on which instantly sets the tone to your home. Not only that but as your visitors wipe their feet, they are also wiping the negativity off their shoes.... you could of course empower your doormat for this purpose.

There are no end to magickal charms you can do to empower and protect your home. And how it looks on the outside sets the tone for the inside. It's like the primer of paint!

I know by setting these things into place with my home and entrance to my home has changed the energy inside my home positively.

The thing to remember is, your front door isn't just a block of wood or dare I say it, PVC, (remains tight lipped) it's YOUR *Portal of Power*. Would allow such a portal to be mistreated? Neglected? Vunerable? I hope not.

Standing up for Me

Merry Meet y'all,

As you may be ever so slighly aware, I am prone to stress dont roll your eyes at me Missy - I can see you know, which is most likely the cause of my working with children. (Gosh this sounds ever so good doesn't it for a tantalising start!) I am a student Primary Teacher...well, potentially, and I have had enough of the sheer stress of it all. (Please don't think me as pathetic!)

Well, I'm always telling others "if you're not happy at work, then find something that does make you happy" and I've had others, some daily...hourly even, telling me the same thing. Well this weekend, I hit the roof on being stressed and said "Rory! ENOUGH!!!" So I text my mentor and colleague and explained the situation and said, "I'm needed at home right now (Mum is not 100% mobile you see...) so for now, I'm taking some time out if you don't mind" Needless to say I'm still alive to tell the tale, and I'm now "off". I need this time off to be ME and find myself, and actually just be happy. I stood up for myself everyone! YAY!!!!!

So what will I be doing with my time off? I am so glad you asked.... you did ask right?

Anyway, I plan on studying really hard at Uni and completing the modules I am currently undertaking. (I've already been a smarty pants and done some this morning before 12pm!) I plan on sorting my home out, along with the garden.... I'm amazed at how every year I always end up starting all over again with the garden. I have big ideas for the garden this year, and a lot of it has been fuelled by my obsessed reading of two books by two equally fantabulous witches; Ellen Dugan & Tess Whitehurst. I read these for self love and also the Pagan Reading Challenge 2012

I have planting ideas for my front garden!!! I never have those kinds of ideas!

I plan on hanging a windchime by my front door this year to welcome in the positive energies and such, I have a planting plan... and I even spent the 1st March sweeping, washing down my doorstep and front door with a Witchy Blend! I swear, one day the postman will greet me with parcels whilst I am in 4 inch heels, 1950s tea dress, pinny, broom and witches hat to boot! Ha! He would LOVE it! he's used to my wierd ways... he already talks to my trees and tells them to keep my parcels safe until I come home.... hmmmm yep... he's very AWARE of my neighbours... scoundrels they are!

I will be browsing for some spells, charms and enchantments I can do to keep my noisy and NOSEY neighbours quiet and the heck away from my home, garden and family! If you guys and gals have any ideas, PLEASE do tell!

I've also felt and found that I'm becoming more domesticated now...(since I've been fixed!- JOKE!) I've started to enjoy cleaning (especially with lemon scented products) and hoovering.... my god I love my hoover right now! It makes my carpets all crispy so it's like your stamping on crisps as you walk over it *OOOOHHH it makes me excited thinking about it*

Right my little witchlets, I am off on my broom to go magick up some more knowledge of how to fix my darn neighbours! Perhaps a spell to encourage them to move.....or even to help me move to my dream home!!! Hmmmmmm Decisions, decisions!

Toodles,

Aurora )O(

Finding my Wiccan Heart

Merry Meet,

As I begin reading my 2nd and 3rd Pagan themed book for the Pagan Reading Challenge, I have been thinking about my own pathway and how I felt when I first began on it compared to how I feel now.

When I first began learning about the Wiccan Basics such as Books of Shadows, Sabbats, Esbats, Herbs, Oils, and the term "Wheel of the Year", I would reguarly find myself feeling full of excitement and an optimism for the future, my future. I hadn't felt that inner magick for a long time until recently when I decided that it was time to continue learning on my pathway.

I think for most of my spiritual pathway as I have become the teacher to others I have been caught up in that role so much that I forgot that at just 23 years old, I have so much wonder and magick that I still have the opportunity to discover and find out about. So here I am, standing up in my power saying, "I am Aurora, hedgewitch and psychic, teacher but also learner of the ways of the Goddess."

Right now as I begin new chapters in my life such as those at University with my studies, my writing projects and also my own spiritual pathway, I am embracing the fact that right now my inner witch really needs to indulge in the writtern word...reading them rather than writing them so much. Right now, my inner witch is thirsty for fresh witchy knowledge that will replenish and invigorate my inner witch.

I'm on a quest to find my Wiccan heart that sings with the beat of the Earth below my feet and sparkles with the stars in the sky. I cannot remember the time that I last sat upon my bed with candles, and strong scented patchouli oil mixed with the aroma of sandalwood incense as I drew 3 tarot cards to guide me over the coming week before snuggling down in a seated position amongst my bed throws to continue reading an inspiring pagan book. I spent most of my teenage years doing this. I guess this is what happens as we begin to grow up and take on more responsibilities in life with work and family taking priority.

I am making the decision that each night before I go to sleep I am going to read some of my books that I have sitting on the side table next to my bed...(and on my other half's side) ... as I relax to the scent of some herbal oil and candle light before saying a Goddess Blessing as I drift off to FaerieLand.

This is a small yet effective way that I have found within my life that helps me to remember who I am... who I truly am... a Witch... a Priestess...a Past-Life Sorceress.

What do you do that helps you connect to the Witch Within amongst the average day in the *real* world?

Vintage Witchery

Merry Meet,

It's that time of year when I start to think about the changes I'd like to make in my home and garden this year. I also think about what I'd like to keep, or enhance. Around February, especially Imbolc onwards I get the decorating bug and am considering the re-decoration of my kitchen and bathroom to make them more country vintage witch.

So the kitchen I am thinking *pale pink* on the walls so that it goes to something like this;

I love the thought of having a pink kitchen again. I grew up with a pink kitchen as a young girl. We have some fabulous vintage floral patterned items already for the kitchen and I just know the pink will only enhance this.

Now my bathroom, well, I have been browsing catalogues and seen some fabulous wallpaper that would really bring out the tiles we have in the bathroom, and have decided that I simply must have it. I've calculated that I'd only need 3 rolls (as the rest is tiles) so for a fabulous £45 I can have this all over my bathroom.

I have decided against wooden flooring or infact tiles or lino in the bathroom purely because I've "been there done that - and fell on my witchy bum far too many times". So I'm opting either for a nice plush gentle blue or soft pink carpet. I want to walk into my Vintage Mermaid Cove on something that resembles soft pink/blue sand.

***

Now, my bedroom has been a modern floral deal for about a year or so now, yet as I grow and move into the costume of 'homemaker' that was awaiting me laid on the chenille chair I feel more grown up and the need to actually start making a home now. So I am opting still for florals yet soft and gentle ones now. Yet I cannot decide whether to opt for soft lilac, soft pink or indeed a more floral yet gentle red? :/ It has me in somewhat of a predicament.

Because I have this image within my vintage witchy mind of having blinds (for privacy) with white muslin voiles browly easily in the gentle breeze, the smell of fresh lavender and rose in the bedroom as you walk in, White linen bedding with floral lace draping down the sides,

Over my bed will be a canopy draped with floral lights to really light the faerie *princess* priestess to bed.

A dainty armchair in the corner draped with comfy cushions and throws with a side table with a vase of pink roses on the side with a tablecloth and doile, just waiting for me to come home and sit to read a fabulous book.  On the walls will be vintage photos of cottage gardens, faeires, mermaids and flowers along with wall lights to soften the main light at night.

*

Whilst writing this blog I have decided that I would love a pink bedroom... very soft and delicate as I can really add lots of gentle candy colours to the room at different times to bring out the life of the pink.

As for the garden I really would love to create this... as you'll see from the picture this is actually all ons omeones patio.... AMAZING!!

Perhaps more realistically I can add some vintage witchery charm to the front of my home in my front garden by planting strong scented lavender and rosemary, adding a tub of marigolds by the front door to welcome prosperity, lots of scented roses and wild flowers to add to the already existing butterfly (buddleja davidii) bush that I have there. It's lovely mowing the lawn with the faeries permission and dancing with the butterflies at the same time. I may plant some snapdragons/foxgloves, along the front mixed in with my ivy.
I thought about adding a few wall plaques and hanging baskets on the front either side of the window to add colour and life. I may even go for a window box this year. I shall of course have to do a charm to protect all these lovely things being stolen (not that it's a rough neighbourhood...just that one neighbour whom I have very strong suspicions is a Witch!!! Yes... she has gargoyles on the front garden, ivy trailing over the wall - same as myself - lavender, rosemary, and marigolds next to her door -  well i have sadly caught her ripping my planting from my garden and then planting them in her own :(   ) so that they can grow in the garden and thrive.

It sounds perfectly enchanting don't you think?

I've also decided that I would really love to start a new hobby ... **Scrapbooking**, I feel I can create my own vintage world of love in a scrapbook which can also act as a source of inspiration. I am so fabulously excited now. I even have my Mum eager to begin the home changes now. yay!!

So this Vintage Witch Inside is off to create her scrapbook of ideas for her wonderfully witchy home.

Re-Opening the Broom Closet!

Merry Meet,

I'm going to be honest with you all. I haven't been myself lately. I've had days where I've been *me* but on the whole, 9 out of 10 days I've been someone I'm not. Let me explain.

When I created this blog I was at an all time high on my Witchy Pathway, but then slowly my energy depleted and my posts began to show that. Yeah you know the wingey, whiney, moany ones! yep they're the ones. Well, it wasn't really fair of me to post them, but my blog was my little room in my witchy house where I could moan until my heart was content. I did try to moan until my heart was content, but that was the problem...moaning doesn't please me! Yes, guys! Im afraid MOANING does NOT PLEASE me :D haha

So I have been under going a form of therapy... it's called Loved Ones! Well My Man, My Friend and My sister have been working with me tirelessly over the past couple of weeks to help me finally look in the mirror and see the Mess I got myself into. (NO I have not turned into an alcoholic, depressed dirty housewife - for one thing, Im not married...YET!)

Well, Yesterday while my Man was busy and my Sister was out shopping, I stood up and looked in the mirror Not an actual mirror...c'mon you know me by now! I'd break it! I don't need another 7 years of bad luck :D And I took my time to process all the things my loved ones had said to me. They were concerned that I'd literally turned my back on my Witchy Roots...(yes My Man is from a Catholic family... he's Italian..but he was concerned I'd not practiced Magick for a while)and that I'd let my work with Faeries rule my life. Not to mention the fact that I wasn't my normal chirpy (CRAZY!) self. Counselling was mentioned... but I have decided not to go down that road... not unless I really need to.

Anyway, Something sparked an interest in me. So I looked back at some of my old hang outs online *Children of Artemis* being one of them, and even though some of the posts were either old, basic or too advanced for me, I felt such an immense feeling of calm and *homely-ness*. So it got me thinking, what about books I used to read... when I was a teenager... and I thought about when I began working with Tarot professionally..."I haven't used the tarot enjoyably for ages!!!". I can't even tell you the last time I enjoyably worked with Angels...it had all become a chore and a 9-5.. ok a 24/7 job that was weighing me down :( As a Libran, balance is important to me, and is one thing that I'm here in this incarnation to acheive - balance in my life.

So I made a decision. I will continue with my work with the Faeries, they are a huge part of my life, but they do need to stop being so much in the forefront of my life as I have no room for working with the Angels, Goddesses, Tarot or anything else. OK this sounds a little bit hard to take in doesn't it?
Let me see if I can explain a little better.

I want to embrace facets of myself that have been pushed to oneside and hidden in my Broom Closet for the past year. I want to work more actively with crystals, spells, Moon Magick, Herbs, The God & Goddess, Angels, Tarot. They are all a side to me that has been neglected this year which has caused me to be unbalanced and unhappy. I really enjoy my work as *The Faerie Whisperer*, I get to connect to so many wonderful people and of course my column in FAE Magazine is a blessing and well, I'm very grateful for that aspect of me. But what about *The Witch Inside*?

So my target for 2012? To become a more balanced witch and person.

To give me a helping hand I have created an additional Facebook Page called..... *The Witch Inside* where I will post Goddess Magick, Candle/Colour/Crystal Magick, Moon Power, Herbal Hints, and so much more.

Why create an additional page?

Good question! Well, I wanted something separate to my faerie whisperer page where I could share with like minded people my Witchy Ways. Now I will still post SOME elements for my Faerie Whisperer page, but I'd love it if you would *like* my New page too... Pwetty Pwease! <3 xxxx

So onto other areas in my life...

How's the Kabbalah?

Really good actually. I'm wearing my Red String, in fact I had it tied to me by my Mum last night and then I had crazy dreams... my spirit guide visited me and to cut a long story short...he's looking after me.

I have recieved 2 more Kabbalah books I ordered from Ebay, I didn't purchase them brand new as I figured if this turns out to be something Im not interested in, I'd like to have not spent tons of money on books. So I got them all for under £10!! One is about the Red String, and basically helps you notice what could be attracting negativity into your life and the other...is called *God Wears Lipstick*. Ladies.... Buy a copy! Seriously. It doesn't matter what religion you are, you can benefit from this book! it helps you work on manifesting your life as you want it but without engaging your EGO into the manifestation process, it also works with your romantic life and relationships. I LOVE IT!!!

Also One thing to note! I have a stalker! Yes, they may even be reading this right now! Freak!

You see, Since I became *The Faerie Whisperer* I have been CONTINUOUSLY copied by this person and to be frank I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF IT! They need to grow up and stop being so damn SPITEFUL! Yes that is what you are! Spiteful because someone else is succeeding where you want to! It is NOT FAIR, it is not GOOD, and it certainly is not adhering to the AN HARM NONE!!!! Rule!
You have literally ruined for me what should be a wonderful pathway! You consistently copy, use my work to inspire *your so called original* work... darling, there is nothing ORIGINAL about you!

I have readers of my work EMAIL and MESSAGE me about you and your copying of my work, but just because you word it slightly different to how I have done so, or you literally take my idea....SNOW QUEEN, JACK FROST, CUTTING TIE WITH FRIENDS, READING NEW BOOKS, FAERIE MESSAGES, FAERIE GUARDIANS....do you want me to go on... because I can.... I have a whole year's worth of your copying off me here! ... Leave Me Alone! Stop Stalking! Stop CYBER BULLYING me! and STOP using my personal experiences to massage your ego so you come off sounding good using my insights!!!

Seriously DARLING!!! You have picked the wrong Witch to P**s off! So do everyone a favour and just QUIT IT! Its not good!

No doubt you'll crawl back to your page and blabber on about "being original... and not copying others... and that your the victim... and your being copied..."BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Seriously! Grow up, Admit you're in the wrong and STOP IT!!!! ©

Happy Christmas!

Oh and another thing STALKER!!!! ALL MY WORK IS COPYRIGHTED!!! © <<< See COPYRIGHT!!!! And TIMED!!!!! So everyone can see who wrote it first!!!!!
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Au Revouir!

Onwards & Upwards ~ Ascension Style

Merry Meet my lovely little Witchlings,

Well You will be pleased to hear (at least I hope will be) that since I decided to take back my own power two days ago, my life is getting truly amazing!!

I got up this morning with such a spring in my step I haven't been able to stop smiling! Seriously. I even texted my Sis Pixie Allen over at Pixie's Musings this morning with my excitement at how positive I am feeling. <<< Did you see that? I said "I AM FEELING" not "I was feeling" !!! Seeeeeeeee I told you I was feeling fabulous, bet you didn't believe me did you??? Ahh well anyway, It all began when I started reading a Law fo Attraction book, And I really read it. I even stuck post it notes in the best parts. They are still stuck there to be honest. Then I decided that I wanted to not just teach about Faeries and nothing else. Yes Faeries are huge part of who I am, but not the whole complete package. I wanted to teach about crystals and herbs and ascension! So I took back my power and started doing just that on my facebook page. (Which by the way you are all most welcome to come and join. Click here to *like* my page and join)
Since this my own personal energy has dramatically improved to the state im at now. I can't wait to fly higher on this wonderful energy Im experiencing right now. Im attracting more and more people to my page & profile, new friends who are of the higher spiritual energy. Then it clicked *CLICK* (LOL) I'm not supposed to teach all the basic stuff... of course I can drop the odd bits in to help those of the Lower-Higher energies, but I'm supposed to teach about the Ascension Process and how all these spiritual beings are there helping us. To do this I HAVE to incorporate my Faerie Wiccan pathway. All this equals a hugely happy me. In fact when I say I feel happy, *happy* doesnt even touch it.

Today I was thinking about ascension before having a bath (as you do!) and I found myself becoming aware of all this new faerie energy, more powerful and elightened that I'd experienced before. They were of the Elemental Masters Soul Group and they communicated to me all about the ascension process and how they are helping us and Mother Earth to ascend. So I'm going to write about it. Not just yet, but when they ask me to.

Right now, Im refreshing my memory on all the things I know about ascension and am teaching people through my page on facebook and through my writing. Thoth visited me last night to tell me that he's here when I need him to help me with my writing. I feel so peaceful knowing that The Goddess is looking out for me, and that Thoth is there guiding me.

I will tell you the 5th dimensional chakra colours that you can meditate with instead of the *normal* colours. If you feel ready, you can now open the related chakras to the following colours;

Im tired because Ive been up since half 5 this morning. I slept downstairs you see... oh don't ask, it involved a huge black moth flying around my room the night before that I happened to have thought was a bat!!

Happy Friday 13th !!!

Well, as the title says, happy Friday 13th my lovely witches!!

there celebration over, now lets talk about me...yes I know, im self centred, but as I read somewhere today...im sure I read it today..... anyway, the most successful people are self centred..or did it say, the most successful people IN LOVE are self centred??? oooohh anyway, you get the drift....dont you? Please say you do.

Well, I love friday 13th...or I did until this year..my computer died on me...I had to restore it..fancy taking a memory away from a computer and pretending it never happened...wouldn't that be handy in life my witchlets?
Ooooo good thing today...... no, he didnt call thanks for asking, but I ordered books from amazon...or should I say, Amazon have decided to send me more gifts..ahem. Well I've ordered (as you so politely asked) Wicca by Scott Cunningham, Wisdom from Hidden Realms oracle cards by Colette Baron-Reid, Magical Herbalism by Scott Cunningham (now I might have a chance of actually getting my newly bought herbs alive), and....... yes, Practical Magic DVD as whilst half my home has been boxed up and stuffed in all manners of places whilst my new country cottage kitchen has been installed...i've lost my copy ;-( so for £3 I couldn't resist it, plus I need to watch it for my homework for Practical Magic Blog Party

hmmmm what else??? erm....still not got anymore Uni work done...I will do it.... when I can be motivated to do so...and I shall salsa this weekend... well I plan to.

Oooooooo and my lovely friend and I, Pixie from Pixie's Musings, have an idea for a project..but my lips are sealed with a spell... so watch this space...or maybe watch her space.... who knows.... ive said to much already....

well thats it for now witchlets. until next time, keep riding your broom

Guiding Goddess

Merry Meet,

I have had a wonderful morning and i'm feeling full of positivity. I feel that I have truly begun to find myself now, and also I'm embracing my true self.

I have been to the local garden centre and have found a plant that I am going to buy to place in the area of my garden altar (which I shall be making soon). It's Artemisia : Silver Queen. Sacred to the Goddess Artemis who happens to be a deity I work with. I took this plant as a sign from Artemis, that I am on the right pathway and to keep going, she'll guide me along my journey.

I came home and googled it to find that it is in fact MUGWORT, something else I've been after. So I feel truly guided today. next week I'm going to be popping back to the garden centre and getting a new set of herbs to develop my herb garden. Ill share the photos of it in progress and the completion of it. Im very excited at how i'm going to do it all.

Blessed Be,

Aurora MoonMaiden )O(
