The book is written into 10 sessions, just like you'd have when working with a coach. The sessions aren't too hard going, nor are they so easy that you feel that you lack momentum, but then again, we're talking about 10 coaching sessions (at your leisure) with SuperCoach Michael Neill - so what do you really expect?

I didn't quite know what to expect from this book, but I got more than what I ... well expected! I can only say that once you've read it, you are equipped with SuperCoach knowledge, tools and insights into how to become a more successful you. You come away from each session with a task, some homework to work on and you don't have a time frame for any of this, it's completely at your leisure, and when you are ready (because who knows ourselves better than we know ourselves?) you return to the book and continue through to the next session.
Being armed with SuperCoach - you can not only transform your life to gain more success, but you can transform what's on the inside - the soul of who you truly are. When I say this, I mean that you learn how to become a better person, a person that everyone wants to be around, you learn how to enhance your magnetic qualities, you learn how to be a better friend, a more attentive partner, and you also learn that your success and happiness (because this SuperCoach manual works on your well-being too), has a huge impact on those around you.
